Below we give you an overview of the individually planned and independently carried out trips we did since we met in the 90's.

The most recent ones are on top of the list, the oldest on the bottom. When you prefer you may navigate using the list of years on the left.

Some of the trips were in connection with Thalidomide conferences or meetings. As we did not ask for an "OK" by the other participants we publish only pictures of ourselves or those which either do not show any people or they were heavily blurred.

May 2007:
As we had never visited Georgia, the US state in the north of Florida, we went on a roadtrip before boarding the Disney Magic to start our transatlantic cruise.

It was an interesting tour with lots of different sightseeing to do, including the historic sights like the Indian Mounts of more than 1000 years of age up to modern times (Home and museum of Jimmy Carter and the former POW camp of Andersonville).

September to October 2006:
Maria retired in May 2006. She still had to do some follow-ups and train her successor.
But in autumn there was the time for a really long vacation.

We started with a 10-day trip through the west of Canada and followed it up with a 35-days cruise on the MS VEENDAM.

As we were planning to stay the wintertime in Florida for the future we had rented a vacation home in Cape Coral, at Florida's gulfcoast to give living in Florida a try.
